I REALLY love this painting. It's got just a very slight cartoon-like feel while also looking real. I can't describe it. I wish I could make stuff like that. I did one effortful painting, but it's not that great. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, if you care to check it out.

@moondoggy385: There is always the same answer, no matter what you want to become good at:
If you want to be good in X, then practice, practice, practice...
Replace X with any skill, "painting" in this case.
